3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times vary based on destination:

  • Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to carrier service delays, remote area accessibility, or unforeseen logistics disruptions beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees depend on the location and order weight. Standard shipping charges will be calculated and communicated clearly at the time of your order confirmation through our checkout page or WhatsApp coordination.

5. Shipment Tracking

When your shipment is dispatched, we will share the tracking number and courier link via WhatsApp or email. You can use these details to check the live status of your order directly on the courier partner's portal.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging our natural foods. However, if your package arrives physically damaged, leaking, or tampered with, please:

  1. Record a continuous unboxing video showing the shipping label and condition of the contents as you open it.
  2. Notify us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Do not throw away the packaging or product until our support team reviews your request.
