1. Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of food products, dietary powders, and safety standards, VITALGRUN does not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been shipped or the seal has been broken. We are committed to supplying high-quality, pure natural foods and want to ensure the safety and health of all our customers.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was sent by mistake. If your order falls under these categories:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vitalgrun.official@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
- Provide your order details and invoice.
- Crucial Step: Share a continuous unboxing video showing the shipping label clearly and the unpacking process, alongside clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
3. Refunds
Once we verify and approve your claim, we will initiate either a replacement package or a refund:
- If you request a replacement, the product will be shipped within 2-3 business days at no additional cost.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
- Approved refunds take approximately 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched for shipping. Please reach out to our WhatsApp support line immediately if you need to cancel. Once the shipment has been dispatched, we cannot cancel the order, and no refund will be issued.
