Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • Spices (turmeric, chili powder, cumin)
  • Oil or ghee for cooking

Steps

  1. 1.Mix the wheat flour, moringa powder, and spices in a bowl.
  2. 2.Add yogurt and water to knead a soft dough.
  3. 3.Roll into thin circles (theplas).
  4. 4.Cook on a hot pan with a little oil/ghee until golden spots appear.
